SPORTS & RELAX CLUB

Group exercise classes - aerobics, aqua aerobics, dance and Mind & Body exercises (yoga, pilates, etc.), martial arts and boxing. Fitness-testing and consultations with doctors specialized in sports medicine and dietology. La Salute is happy to offer its clients such a rare service as an open playground for outdoor exercises and team sports (football, volleyball, basketball, etc.). Children are welcome to visit our outdoor sports area. We are sure that services for sophisticated clients should not be limited to world standards, they must exceed them. We are happy to see our clients sharing our views on this.

The saunas are made entirely of natural Canadian cedar and have shungite stone flooring. Our Roman steam rooms are decorated with mosaic panels and have marble banquettes and walls.

The cardio-theater is equipped with the latest line of TechnoGym - you can always find an empty treadmill there. The free weight gym is more than 900 square meters.
